Loading a Custom Data Report

Note: In order to use the Report Designer, the role of the logged-in user must contain the Design Report feature and/or the Design Label feature.

A custom report is a IntelliTrack report that has been created or modified in the Report Designer. When you save a report in the Report Designer, it is uploaded to IntelliTrack as a custom report. This report can then be loaded in IntelliTrack at the View Reports page as a Custom report type. For more information on using the Report Designer to create a custom report, see "Custom Reports and Labels".

Note: A custom report option is only available in IntelliTrack if a custom report has been uploaded to IntelliTrack from the Report Designer.

To load the custom report in IntelliTrack:

  1. Select it from the custom reports in the Report Name drop-down list.

  1. If the report does not contain criteria filters, it will automatically be previewed onscreen.
  2. If the report contains criteria filters, click the Submit icon to load the report and preview it onscreen.
